We expect you have noticed that color—vibrant, clear, brilliant color—is very important to us, and we want you to purchase our jewelry knowing the true colors of each piece. We attempt to display our products as accurately as possible but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be true, or that we have portrayed each piece from all possible angles. You may simply find that a particular item is not what you expected. Or you may give our jewelry as a gift but want to make sure the recipient can return same.

    

                                                                                               

 

That is why we provide a guarantee of 100% satisfaction. If you want to return a piece for ANY reason, you may do so for a full refund, subject to each of the following conditions:

 

  • Returns must be postmarked not later than 90 days from date of shipment.

  • The costs of return shipping and insurance equal to the purchase price are the customer's responsibility. If an item under return is lost or damaged in transit, and the customer has failed to provide insurance, no refund will be made.

  • No returns are accepted and no refunds are given for lost, missing or damaged items where the customer has declined insurance. Please see Shipping and Returns.

  • The security loop with tag must still be affixed to the jewelry, and the jewelry must be in the same saleable condition as shown on this site. What does that mean? If you dropped it in the compost pile or down the sink drain, chances are it is no longer saleable.

  • Jewelry must be returned with the original packing materials.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN FOR GOODS RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE PROCEDURES.

In addition to the foregoing, we offer a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship, subject to normal wear and tear (surfing, bungee jumping and quick sand will most definitely void this warranty). Exposure to perfumes, lotions, makeup or other chemicals (including household cleansers) may damage your jewelry, and at our sole discretion, may void this warranty. Warranty events will result in repairs, not refunds.

 

                                           

 

The Jaded Palette believes in the value of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as a venue for resolving customer issues, and voluntarily complies with BBB guidelines as well as the BBB Code of Advertising. The BBB requires a one-year period of operations before a company can apply for accreditation. We intend to apply for same as soon as we have completed this stipulation.
