CONVERGENCE BRACELET

$ 48.00

Faceted onyx and Miyuki rocailles on stretch cord. The focal bead is a puzzle, clearly handmade but lacking the feel and finesse of traditional millefiori trade beads (third photo). Although we have seen some antique Venetian with inlays, it is not the norm, so we think this is modern, and our best guess as to origin would be Africa, India or Indonesia. Reminds us of end-of-day glass paperweights and vases.

The colors and abstract millefiori presaged Jackson Pollock's brilliant  drip technique. A detail of his painting, Convergence, is shown--all rhyming lines and vibrant color.

Wear with our Parade Necklace or just about anything. Also shown with our Klee in Tunis Bracelets for extra pops of color. To Purchase all three, go to the Convergence +2 item. On stretchy cord; no clasp.
